When it comes to deep personal work, I believe the effectiveness of a guide is a direct reflection of the amount of shadow work that he or she has done on themselves. When we dive deep within ourselves everything is waiting for us: the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. Built within the journey of transforming our shadow, is the experience and knowing that is required to compassionately guide another through the same difficultly. If a guide does not have this experience they are limited to guide from someone else’s philosophy. Or in some cases they simply avoid navigating the landscape of someone's depths. When considering which guide is a fit for you make sure that they can speak of their own shadow work sufficiently.

Life as a guide has been a long, winding, intense path. For the past 2 decades I have experienced many transformations; many deaths and rebirths. I am in a constant state of change and evolution. Though I am a medicine man, I also consider myself a bit of a yogi. Meditation, fasting, breath work, yoga, journey work, mindful plant-based eating, and more are part of my everyday life.
My professional career of helping others started in life coaching in 2003, when life coaching was brand new and "coach" was only a term used for sports coaches. The training that I went through to become a life coach was profound and it ignited my deep internal work. As my internal journey was activated, I found myself with a thirst for understanding, tools and wisdom. I immediately started to attend a plethora of classes, workshops, presentations, seminars, etc., gaining new growth and tools along the way. In 2008 my path took a powerful turn as I started a shamanic apprenticeship in the deserts of Utah, being initiated into some of the deepest work known to man.
Through my own healing I came to realize the age-old truth that all health and happiness originates at the junction where the soul meets the rest of us. This junction is the place where healing and ultimately transformation happens. The profound nature of what I share with those I help comes from my extensive personal experience of healing and cultivating my own body, mind and soul.
In my personal work and my work with others, I combine a powerful blend of tools and wisdom from the East and sacred ceremonial practices from the West.
Doing deep diving work only has the potential to be powerfully life-changing. What solidifies the profound change is the ability to integrate healing and new awarenesses. Integration

Doing deep diving work only has the potential to be powerfully life-changing. What solidifies the profound change is the ability to integrate healing and new awarenesses. Integration is key, and the tools and practices from the East are a great fit. What I offer is very shamanic on one hand, and on the other hand may remind of you of familiar elements of Yoga and Buddhism. Because integration is so important I highly recommend scheduling phone sessions with me before and after deep diving work.
